This page describes what 916 Exteriors collects through this website and how it is used. It covers only what the site actually does; when the site changes, this page changes with it.
What we collect
Estimate requests. When you request an estimate, we collect the type of work you selected, the project ZIP code, your name, your preferred contact method, the phone number or email address you provide, and any notes or timeline you choose to add. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page if your browser sends one, the time of the request, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, requested page) for security and reliability.
Analytics. This site does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To review your estimate request, confirm coverage for your ZIP code, and contact you about the next step.
- To keep a record of requests and follow-ups for the project, if it proceeds.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the request form.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use estimate requests for marketing lists. If we ever ask for marketing permission, it will be a separate, optional choice.
Who receives it
Your request is stored by 916 Exteriors and delivered to the people who handle estimates. Service providers we use to host the site, store requests, and send notification email process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept while a project is being discussed and for a reasonable period afterward for records and follow-up. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Cookies and local storage
The site itself does not set tracking cookies. It may use browser storage only to keep form progress on your device.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact details for privacy requests are published here once the business contact channels are confirmed. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor those requests regardless of whether the law technically applies to a business of our size.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes. Material changes are noted here.
